Very painless and fast estimating. I was stunned to be in and out so quickly. They had emailed estimate and photos to me by the time I got home. Not sure what insurance will decide but if my car will be worked on by Lakes I feel good about working with them.

I paid my portion of the bill and left happy.
I took my car in for repairs and they gave me a written proposal and asked when I wanted to bring it in. They told me it would be 6 to 7 working days to do the job. I took my car in in and they had a rental car for me. I left my vehicle and a week later I got a call that my car was done. I could not have been more pleased. The car was perfect, you could not tell that there was ever any damage. I paid my portion of the bill and left happy.

Lakes Body Shop combines superior workmanship with great customer service. We had a good experience. My husband is disabled and uses a power scooter. He relies on the power lift in our van to transport the scooter; Lakes made the extra effort to pick our van up so we could remove the scooter and use it while the van was being repaired. They returned our repaired van to us the same day. Their work is high quality: they don't stop at "adequate" --they strive for the best. We appreciate and highly recommend Lakes Body Shop.

I'm happy they did what they did for us
Everything worked out great! Granted it's not a pretty job cleaning out a hoarder house after decades of its neglect, but Alan and his team pulled off what could have been a 4-5 day job and did it in two! Everyone on the team was very respectful in terms of looking for and keeping an eye out for family keepsakes, etc. My only caution to customers with a similar situation is that when there are ten guys cleaning out the house, one or two of you is not enough to keep an eye on everything going straight to the dumpster. I almost lost a few sentimental items because I was "sleeping on the job" at the wrong time. These guys are not here to fuss over stuff, that's your job. So from Alan's initial prompt to me, I made a list of all the things I could predict needed to be sorted. However, there were a few types of items I did not predict would appear. I nearly lost those, but barely saved them from the trash. All in all, I'm happy they did what they did for us, because I can't think of any other human beings on the planet who could have put up with the filth and junk they confronted.

Went beyond my expectations
Feb 2 I dropped off my 2013 Venza with an estimated 2 day repair. David quickly gave a thorough estimate, making sure I was aware that additional damage may be discovered once dismantled. The co-ordination of Enterprise rental was also handled smoothly. As promised, my Venza was finished by afternoon on Feb 3. Lindsey greeted me pleasantly from the receptionist desk, making me feel welcome. The Sunset bronze (an unusual color ) on the bumper replacement was perfectly matched! I received a detailed repost of specific repairs as well as a cost summary. Even though it was getting dark when I came to pick up, I could easily tell that the windshield (as well as all other glass) had been cleaned - a noticeable improvement! It was evident that the detail crew went beyond my expectations, having vacuumed under each floor mat. It was a better job done than my Toyota dealership does!! I could tell that they even pulled up the rugs and blanket in order to completely vacuum cargo area. I am truly impressed with the level of service I received! Please extend my appreciation for a job well done, to each person involved with the repairs of my 2013 Venza.
